RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS:
Due to our exclusive location, cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Reservations require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. If a cancellation is made within 45 days of arrival we do not normally refund, but if our efforts to re-book are successful, we will gladly refund your payment.
Standard lodging for up to 14 overnight guests. Please note that a 20% service charge and 9% tax will be added to your final bill.

You will be met upon your arrival and assisted to the Key Island home. A map of the island will be given to you along with other information pertinent to your visit. Then, you'll be on your own to explore and enjoy the island and its many surprises. You will feel somewhat like an explorer - it's an elegant Swiss Family Robinson experience. There is an on-site care taker to answer any questions that may arise 24 hours a day. He will help you arrange trips & tours and help to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.
